About The Position

The Technical Program Manager will play a crucial role in bringing NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform to market. This position involves leading complex programs and projects, managing software development and releases, and collaborating with multi-functional engineering teams to integrate their work into the autonomous DRIVE SW platform. Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of recent Technical Program Management experience driving the planning and delivery of software engineering programs
• Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering scalable programs and projects
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and drive adoption of new and improved process workflows
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodology

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with embedded systems
• Experience in Automotive system integration
• Background in optimally leading global projects across time zones
• Experience with Jira and/or JAMA
• PMP, Scrum Master certification

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, concurrent complex programs & projects
• Manage automotive software development and releases in a highly dynamic environment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and develop roadmaps, schedules, milestones as part of the development work
• Coordinate and plan software launches across components with multiple program/engineering managers
• Handle risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
• Assist in improving process and procedures within the team
• Help streamline day-to-day operations
• Identify and manage multi-functional dependencies proactively
• Communicate with stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and provide timely updates on progress, risks, decisions
