About The Position

The position involves leading one of the company's main product lines, focusing on customer research, converting tech capabilities into features, prototyping business flows and UX solutions, and ensuring the productization and development cycle is completed. The role requires taking responsibility for delivering a production-ready end-to-end solution for specific customers. The candidate will work in a matrix team that includes algorithm developers, designers, delivery teams (QA, systems engineering, and tech project managers), and will be expected to lead and be hands-on when necessary to achieve goals. The ultimate aim is to build products that customers love, drive a long-term technical roadmap, and deliver significant commercial value. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers globally.

Requirements

• Proven tech expertise (MSc degree or equivalent industry experience).
• Proven experience of shipping real production products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences in English and Hebrew.
• Proven experience in matrix organizations and materializing vision through multidisciplinary teams.
• Full operational command of English, both verbally and in writing.
• Natural leadership qualities and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to manage many competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good team player with a 'can do' approach.

Nice To Haves

• Background in the automotive sector.
• Experience building AI/ML intensive products.
• Experience building mobile products for occasional use.
• Project Management experience of Software/Integration projects.
• Proficiency in additional languages (European, Eastern).
