ShiftKey is building the next generation of workforce technology, and we’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own and advance our integration ecosystem. You’ll lead the development of SAMI (our middleware platform) and drive integrations with ScheduleX (our workforce management system), external systems, and partner platforms to unlock customer value and remove friction for sales and operations. This role combines technical depth with strategic vision. You’ll translate complex business needs into technical execution - designing APIs, mapping data flows, and ensuring seamless interoperability - while keeping a pulse on the HR tech ecosystem to recommend integrations that strengthen ShiftKey’s competitive edge. As a partner-facing product leader, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales and external partners to shape integration priorities, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes. Reporting to the VP of Product - Marketplace, you will play a central role in building ShiftKey’s ecosystem advantage.

  • Own and execute the roadmap for SAMI and first-party and partner integrations (e.g., ScheduleX, Maple, Stafflion).
  • Lead API design, data flow mapping, and technical execution with a small, dedicated engineering team.
  • Partner with Sales and external stakeholders, joining customer and partner conversations to ensure integrations meet real market needs.
  • Define and track success metrics for integrations (adoption, conversion, retention) and ensure delivery against measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluate ecosystem opportunities and recommend new integration categories to strengthen ShiftKey’s platform advantage.
  • Manage and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and external partners.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support go-to-market readiness and accelerate adoption of new integrations.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace, B2B SaaS, or platform products.
  • Comfort with Postman-type tools and reading/writing API specifications.
  • Proven track record of technical execution with small, dedicated teams.
  • Experience in partner-facing roles (sales support, external partnerships).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps that foster collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
  • Inclusive and collaborative work environment where all voices are valued.
  • Hybrid-friendly office spaces designed to be fun and engaging.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage.
  • Benefits begin on your first day.
  • Generous PTO and company-paid holidays, including flexible floating holidays.
  • 100% 401(k) employer match up to 6%.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Wellness support, including access to mental health resources.
