About The Position

Manages product planning and development through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including architects, developers, designers and business or subject matter representatives Responsible for defining the acceptance criteria of a product feature Responsible for documentation of requirements, and acceptance criteria per process, provides guidance to others in working team Works with producers, engineering, and QA to align on feature sizing and delivery planning Ensures engineering team has needed information on endpoints, inputs and outputs Performs validation of feature against customer and business goals and acceptance criteria Works with engineering to define technical solution for experiment definition Works with product managers to scope and prioritize upcoming projects into the roadmap Manages a cross-team digital product roadmap

Requirements

  • 15+ years of industry experience in a technology environment with a record of successfully delivering complex products.
  • 10 + years of In-depth Knowledge of Supply chain and Finance domains (System Knowledge of Oracle EBS , O9, ASCP, OTM, TRACE, ecommerce platform's )
  • 5 + years of deep expertise in reporting Tools (BI-Apps , OAC, Tableau, Altryex, Power BI ,Incorta , Databricks)
  • Good understanding of building data products & hubs in Data Lake.
  • Exposure to Control Tower , Agentic AI , Process Mining.
  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management with a focus on data platforms, data engineering, or analytics solutions.
  • Proven experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, Databricks) and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and data governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data analysis and validation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
  • Experience defining and delivering data-driven products, including reporting and visualization solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Knowledge of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to read and understand programming languages
  • Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making
  • Ability to plan for and review technical programming specifications
  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
  • Ability to influence others without authority to get things done in a timely fashion
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
