Senior Technical Producer: Performance Capture

Rockstar Games is seeking a Senior Producer with strong communication and organization skills to join our Technical Production Team for Performance Capture. The ideal candidate is proactive with a meticulous attention to detail who thrives in an exciting, innovative, and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage production coordinators across teams.
• Work closely with directors, team leads, and other stakeholders to define project priorities and scope, ensuring alignment with creative visions and technical capabilities.
• Take ownership of production efforts across multi-team objectives, providing transparency, communication and coordination between all departments.
• Coordinate roadmaps across Technical Art Performance Capture teams, directing priorities to achieve long term objectives.
• Break down large or complex tasks into meaningful sub-tasks.
• Identify all groups and teams with the necessary technical knowledge and responsibilities to cultivate relationships in order to drive a project forward.
• Ensure a common understanding and agreement on project scope and goals, and on any subsequent changes.
• Develop reports that clearly communicate project highlights and overall status for leadership and other production team members.
• Work on your own to resolve project risks, gather status, and assign work to coordinators.
• Identify ways to improve workflows, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of production and project management experience supporting software development teams.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Certified and experienced in production methodologies (such as Agile/Scrum) for software development.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in a motion capture environment.
• Familiarity of a full production lifecycle of motion capture shoots-from pre-production through post-processing and delivery.
• Experience with programming languages such as C# or Python.
• Experience in games, entertainment, tech or similar creative industry.
