About The Position

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Senior Test Pilot to join our team in Seattle, WA to support 777-9 and 777-8F Certification. Position Responsibilities: Supports 777-9 and 777-8F certification efforts. Provides flight operations, safety and technical support to Boeing internal and external customers at multiple levels Maintains qualification as a Boeing Pilot on 787 and 777 Develops and validates procedures and operating techniques and assists other Technical Pilots with cross-model procedures Provides information and specialized technical services to Company and customer flight crews to enhance flight operation efficiency Consults with cross-functional teams during accident investigations and analysis Research, edits, documents and coordinates publication of procedures and techniques for operating Boeing aircraft Represents Boeing as a technical lead by authoring and presenting professional papers at worldwide safety and flight operational forums Meets with regulatory agencies at the executive level. Supports sales campaigns by discussing and demonstrating aircraft and new flight technology Serve as a consultant to senior management and other industry professionals

Requirements

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
“US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
Current FAA Class II medical certificate or the ability to obtain one
Commercial Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements
3000 flight hours
Experience flying transport category aircraft
Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

787 or 777 type rating with line flying experience
Training, Technical Pilot or safety-related role experience
Experience creating and revising technical guidance for flight crew such as procedures, checklists or operations manuals
Airline experience in international operations
