About The Position

The Senior Technical Order Management role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution, and monitoring of CB/PW customer orders and projects involving technical products and systems. This role serves as the key interface between Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer-specific configurations and project-based orders. The candidate will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, resolving order-related issues, and continuously improving order processing workflows.

Requirements

• Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Advanced degrees are a plus
• 5+ years of experience in commercial and technical order processing, sales support, or project administration
• 5+ years of proven expertise with SAP (PS, SD, MM, FI, CO) and understanding of technical/commercial order workflows
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English, German and French (Spanish or any other proficient languages are good to have)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and risk escalation capabilities
• Effective multitasking and ability to manage pressure in a global project environment
• Culturally sensitive and experienced in working with international stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process in SAP (PS, SD, MM, FI, CO) for technical project-based orders
• Translate the commercial and technical contract specifications into the SAP project considering the different business segments to ensure an accurate cost and revenue flow
• Coordinate closely with the project interface departments such as Sales, Project Management, Controlling, Finance, Logistics and Service during project execution
• Responsible for placing internal and external orders as well as regular alignments with our suppliers
• Contribute in regular cost and margin tracking sessions to guarantee precise project figures during the entire execution phase
• Ensure time accurate deliveries to our customers
• As a part of our competence center you are responsible to upskill interfaces and/or our subsidiaries
• In charge of timely accurate project closures after SATs and handover to service
