  • Lead the design and implementation of integrated IT architectures
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers supporting internal cyber operations
  • Collaborate with government clients to identify requirements and develop project plans
  • Provide hands-on technical support in areas of expertise
  • Oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships
  • Ensure project delivery within budget and schedule constraints
  • Prepare and present technical status reports to stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with security and contractual policies
  • Assist the Program's Financial Manager in collecting Team leave plans and communicating with the Government regarding forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, project management, and team leadership (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
  • Experience creating technical roadmaps
  • Expertise in VMware environments, Active Directory, and network protocols
  • Proficiency in system software installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience with patch management, shared storage environments, and backup solutions
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting and maintenance skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams
  • Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week with occasional travel between McLean and Bethesda
  • Must remain on the client site during Program core hours of 0900-1500
  • MCSE certification
