We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with proven expertise in architecting, building, and scaling data lakes and data fabric solutions on AWS. This role requires not only strong technical depth but also the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data engineers. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, and implementation of our modern cloud-native data platforms to enable advanced analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence across the organization. This role is a hybrid position. Work will mostly be completed remotely, except when required to report to a Guidehouse or client site office for meetings within the DMV.
