About The Position

Unlock your potential with this exciting Supplier Quality Engineering internship opportunity! Based onsite in our Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics Display, Processing, and Networking Center of Excellence located in Johnstown, PA, you will gain hands-on experience working closely with and assisting our Supplier Quality team with various assignments related to supplier performance. This includes providing oversight of suppliers and executing proactive/reactive actions to improve the quality of the products/services provided to Leonardo DRS.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Currently enrolled in an institution for higher learning, some progress towards relatable degree
Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build a good network
Must be diligent, hardworking, and quick to learn

Responsibilities

Work closely with and assist the supplier quality department in the conduct of various assignments
Carry out basic work instructions that will help in understanding the fundamentals of the Company and also learn new things
Complete assigned tasks on time
Gather and assemble data
May be required to help in research in a particular field
Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build a good network
Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the supplier quality engineering staff, methods, programs and practices
Other duties as assigned
