About the role: The Field and Partner Learning (FPL) team equips Red Hat field associates and partners with the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We create learning strategies that align to Red Hat’s go-to-market priorities, ensuring our sales, technical, services, and partner teams can consistently communicate business value across the customer journey. We partner with global and regional sales leaders to design, deliver, and measure enablement programs that accelerate adoption, drive growth, and strengthen Red Hat’s differentiation in the market. What you will do: As a Senior Technical Instructor – Partner Enablement, you will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging, hands-on learning experiences that help Red Hat’s partners build technical confidence and drive customer impact. You will facilitate advanced technical training on Red Hat’s portfolio — particularly OpenShift Virtualization and other high-priority emerging technologies — and help partners apply these solutions in real-world customer scenarios. You’ll also contribute to the design and evolution of Red Hat’s partner learning content, ensuring it remains relevant, scalable, and closely aligned to go-to-market priorities and ecosystem needs. What you will bring: Deliver high-quality, advanced technical instruction on Red Hat technologies — with an emphasis on OpenShift Virtualization and other strategic growth areas as technology trends evolve. Collaborate with Technical Learning, Ecosystem GTM, and Partner Marketing teams to align technical enablement with partner engagement and specialization strategies. Build relationships with field, product, and ecosystem stakeholders to understand emerging skill needs and proactively evolve course content.
