Here, you will make an impact by: Aggressively learn the basic use, operation and functionality of assigned Solventum products to enable on-site or remote consultations including, technology environment requirements, product installations, diagnostic efforts, conversions, and upgrades Demonstrate continuous improvement and enhancement of technical skills for Solventum products/applications and new technologies Collaborate with Development and other Solventum departments to provide technically viable solutions and problem resolution as appropriate to meet the organizational goals Communicate regularly with Project Managers and the Revenue Cycle Operations Manager on the status of engagements, trouble sites, etc., while clearly defining problems and recommendations in a timely manner Demonstrate effective and professional customer relations, teamwork, excellent communication skills, strong problem solving capabilities, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards adhere to corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards Leading and managing technical projects

  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers and the Revenue Cycle Operations Manager on the status of engagements, trouble sites, etc., while clearly defining problems and recommendations in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate effective and professional customer relations, teamwork, excellent communication skills, strong problem solving capabilities, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards adhere to corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards
  • Leading and managing technical projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 6 years of experience in in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
  • Current Microsoft MCSE or MCITP certification for Windows Server, SQL Server, or ASW certifications preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) combined years direct experience in Technical Support or Network Administration and/or Engineering (on the job) work Experience (preferably in a healthcare setting supporting Solventum™ 360 Encompass™)
  • Minimum of three (3) years working with network operating systems including windows Servers 2016 or higher
  • Minimum of three (3) year' experience working with SQL 2016 or higher
  • Experience working with various technology and diagnostic tools, such as VMWare, Nutanix, Citrix, SQL Server, Window Servers, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Powershell, Phython, and VPN and serving as the technical resource for project teams and clients
  • Ability to travel
  • An understanding of Health Information System environments preferred
  • Some scheduled nights and weekends required
  • Some project management experience preferred
  • Software engineering experience a plus
