Deep experience with 'big data', including managing data reporting for over 200 million toll trips for transportation, roadway, tollway, IoT, V2X, floating car and cell phone Mobile Location Based datasets, Ability to applying and analyze a 23 million + record datasets of electronic transit fare card transactions to develop an origin-destination matrices for transit/transportation models, through using multiple database management (PostgreSQL, SQL, Hadoop, MySQL, and Elasticsearch) platforms. Must be fluent in Python, SQL, HTML5/CSS, R-Shiny, Leaflet, ArcGIS, JavaScript, Java EE, .net, Ruby on Rails, with hands on experience in Unix/Linux system administration and operating in High-Availability and Compute Cluster environments.
