This role partners closely with client technical leadership and Coderioâs engineering teams to ensure architectural consistency, scalable delivery, and clear business outcomes. The TDM leads initiatives from pre-sales through execution, operating as a trusted advisor and helping drive digital transformation through Cloud, Data, and AI solutions. This position is open exclusively to candidates who are currently based in New York.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, software delivery, solutions architecture.
- Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and governing cloud-based solutions (AWS and/or Azure).
- Strong expertise in modern application architecture, including microservices, APIs, and scalable distributed systems.
- Hands-on technical background with at least one core technology stack such (Java, Python, Node.js, React, or similar).
- Proven experience leading and enabling distributed engineering teams in complex delivery environments.
- Strong client-facing presence, with experience engaging senior technical stakeholders and executive counterparts.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with data platforms, data governance frameworks, or Generative AI solutions.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security principles.
- Experience contributing to large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of for strategic clients, ensuring quality, scalability, and predictable execution.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for CTOs, senior engineering leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and effort estimation during pre-sales and early project phases.
- Design and govern secure, scalable cloud and hybrid architectures across AWS and Azure.
- Guide engineering teams in modern architecture patterns, microservices, and cloud-native development practices.
- Oversee the full SDLC, proactively managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery performance.
- Track and improve delivery health across accounts through KPIs, capacity planning, budget oversight, and service metrics.
- Identify opportunities for account growth by evolving technical solutions and building long-term client trust.
