About The Position

ZoomInfo is growing and looking to add a talented and passionate Senior Technical Delivery Manager to our team! In this role, you will lead the technical implementation and delivery of our industry-leading data management solutions, working collaboratively with consultants, project managers, account teams, and technical experts to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and successful implementation outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technology implementation, preferably in data and/or SaaS applications
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects (customer facing projects, onboarding, training, etc)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation Tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Dynamics)
  • SFDC Admin certification preferred
  • Proven experience in technical advisory roles (Solution Consultant/Architect, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Manager, Sales/Marketing Operations)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate requirements into effective solutions
  • Experience working directly with enterprise-level clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Team-focused mindset with an emphasis on attention to detail and quality
  • High capacity to learn new technical concepts and applications

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end technical implementation of ZoomInfo solutions within client systems, focusing on CRM/MAT environments
  • Serve as both project manager and strategic consultant during onboarding and implementation phases
  • Drive standardization in procedures and enhance delivery efficiency while identifying revenue growth opportunities
  • Lead high-level technical discussions on topics including: data orchestration, API's, data transformation, data hygiene, OAuth setup, and CRM workflows
  • Assist and contribute to technical documentation, including requirements and project plans
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating product defects to Development and Engineering teams when necessary
  • Enable clients to maximize solution benefits through best practices and innovative thinking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders to align efforts with enterprise and strategic customer needs
  • Design and deliver custom data management solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Client Support, QA Engineering, and Product Management
  • Other related duties as assigned
