Senior Technical Content Creator, Developer Marketing
About The Position
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Technical Content Creator to join the Developer Marketing Team. This innovative and dynamic organization is responsible for helping to build our developer community. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with storytelling, and serve as both a technical content manager and an enthusiastic evangelist. A successful candidate will collaborate with Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to develop presentations that showcase technical solutions in a compelling way. As a technical creator you will create event content that tells a story, and empower developers to learn and innovate. You will help bridge the gap between technical concepts and practical, real-world applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience writing high-quality technical content for technical audiences (e.g., engineers, developers, scientists)
Nice To Haves
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with SDEs, acting as a trusted technical partner
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to articulate complex solutions into compelling narratives
- Design and deliver technical presentations to captivate developer audiences at events
- Manage cross-functional technical projects from initiation to completion by combining technical expertise with program management skills
