About The Position

iTech AG is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to support our federal customer. The Senior Technical Consultant plays a key role in guiding customers through successful ServiceNow implementations across the ITBM suite. This role combines hands-on platform configuration with strategic technical advisory, ensuring customer outcomes align with best practices and business goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of ServiceNow technical experience
  • Strong understanding of ITAM processes and project/program methodologies
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and integrations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Pursuant to a government clearance, U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience
  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS-HAM & CIS-SAM)
  • Active Treasury Public Trust clearance is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance during workshops and assist in the creation and refinement of stories
  • Configure the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Administrators
  • Develop and refine user stories in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders
  • Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
  • Mentor platform administrators and junior consultants in best practices and technical standards
  • Ensure solutions adhere to architectural governance, process objectives, and long-term roadmap strategies
  • Other duties as assigned
