Ridgeline is looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Customer Experience team and support the implementation of robust integrations for our customers. In this highly collaborative role, you'll work directly with customer and internal teams to define, design, and implement API-based solutions using modern integration platforms like Workato. Your work will directly impact customer success, streamline implementation processes, and inform product direction. This role blends technical acumen with a passion for excellent service, and offers the opportunity to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot to improve integration efficiency and standardization across our platform.
