About The Position

iTech AG is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to support our federal customer. The Senior Technical Consultant plays a key role in guiding customers through successful ServiceNow implementations across the ITBM suite. This role combines hands-on platform configuration with strategic technical advisory, ensuring customer outcomes align with best practices and business goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of ServiceNow technical experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ITBM processes and project/program methodologies.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and integrations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Pursuant to a government clearance, U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or ITBM-specific certifications) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design sessions and provide expert guidance during workshops.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including Platform Analytics, Agile Development, Alignment Planner Workspace, Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Timecard Management, and Collaborative Work Management.
  • Develop and refine user stories in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Mentor platform administrators and junior consultants in best practices and technical standards.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to architectural governance, process objectives, and long-term roadmap strategies.
