Our work depends on a TS/SCI level cleared Senior Technical CI Advisor joining our team to support our customer.

  • Coordinate TSSC relevant input to CI products to the agency, partners and the IC as necessary.
  • Coordinate TSSC activities by supporting and promoting collaborative communication across the technical CI components.
  • Coordinates executive-level Technical CI guidance between SIC TSSC Division, SIC Leadership, and customer Leadership.
  • Provide Technical CI advice and expertise in support of CI inquiries, operations and issues.
  • Coordinates Technical CI education, awareness and training to customer Key Component audiences.
  • Demonstrate an ability to draw high-quality, appropriate and objective conclusions from information in a timely manner.
  • Perform work without appreciable direction and exercise considerable latitude in the determination of technical objectives of assignments.
  • Demonstrate and master the ability to self-edit and produce clearly written, properly sourced and grammatically correct intelligence products representing the customer's technical CI mission to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrate current subject matter expertise on Technical CI issues, threats and trends.
  • Develop leads and identify potential TSSC initiatives through evaluation of open source and classified research, internal and external reporting and community working groups.
  • Review and evaluate internal technical CI reporting.
  • Conduct research, evaluate collection, and perform analysis on Technical CI intelligence topics of interest to leadership, analysts and customers.
  • Record best practices, lessons-learned, processes and procedures, and other pertinent quality topics in appropriate formats.
  • Conduct liaison between CI Office, Insider Threat, Security, network defense, other relevant agency Offices, and IC/DoD partners as applicable to assist coordination of the technical CI Mission.
  • Display an ability to collaborate with internal customers and external IC/Cyber community members
  • Participate in Intelligence Community and Department of Defense technical exchange and collaboration meetings as required.
  • Participate in IC and customer technical meetings and working groups to address issues related to technical security and CI interests; participate in TSSC specialized projects as necessary.
  • Collaborate with customers, TSSC components, and other internal and external organizations to facilitate agency and IC TSSC evolution.
  • Brief technical CI products and services results to senior leadership.
  • Support and advise TSSC Division Chief as needed.
  • 15+ years of experience within an IC TSSC discipline, at least 7 of those years will include community recognized certification as ITC graduate, CTTA experience and/or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics disciplines.
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of foreign adversaries' security and intelligence services, terrorist organizations, and threats posed to US Gov.
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly
  • Be a credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.
  • Possess or obtain multiple TSSC discipline certifications to include compliance with DoDM 8140.03 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II requirements within one calendar year of assignment.
  • Post-graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics disciplines.
  • Experience translating Government vision into understandable and achievable measures.
  • Possess ability to coach teammates to achieve objectives
  • Possess ability to monitor and track progress towards achievable measures.
