The Digital Custom Solutions team enhances our digital banking products to meet the unique needs of our customers. We are committed to providing innovative solutions that help our customers differentiate their digital banking experience. As a Senior Business Analyst with Digital Custom, you will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with our customers to hear their vision and find the best solutions to meet their specific needs! This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial or fintech industry.
  • Experience with internal and/or third-party API integrations.
  • Experience with leading projects and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation outlining business requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digital banking platforms.
  • Experience with Symitar, Silverlake, and/or 20/20 Jack Henry core systems.
  • Experience with jXchange, SymXchange, and/or Symitar PowerOn programming.
  • Experience in the card services industry. Familiarity with debit and credit card processing, including system integrations.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Experience with performing quality assurance testing.
  • Desire to be creative and provide innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with customers to gather system requirements for requested customizations.
  • Creates business specifications that outline the requested functional requirements and deliverables.
  • Prepares reasonable task and project cost/effort estimates.
  • Serves as a liaison between the customer, vendor, and internal teams.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously in various phases of the project life cycle.
  • Performs quality assurance testing to ensure customization is successfully migrated into production.
  • Provides technical support for new and existing custom features.
  • Assists with training and mentoring less experienced peers.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.
