About The Position

Our Senior Technical Business Analysts are at the center of our post-trade ecosystem, translating complex capital-markets workflows into clear, build-ready solutions. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will lead high-impact initiatives across the Post-Trade platform, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to design and deliver robust trade-processing capabilities across asset classes, while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and control. You will be responsible for producing high-quality functional documentation, data definitions, and process designs that align Product intent with Engineering execution, ensuring accurate trade processing across asset classes and partner models.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in capital markets, with hands-on exposure to post-trade processing across multiple asset classes
  • Proven ability to work across multiple functional areas (trading, middle/back office, operations, data) and connect end-to-end workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex scenarios into clear, actionable requirements
  • Experience in API design and consuming using open API standards, working with data models and service-based architectures
  • Working knowledge of database querying (SQL or equivalent) for analysis, reconciliation, and issue investigation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing clear, precise, build-ready documentation
  • Ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams in fast-moving environments
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, multi-system, and multi-partner problem spaces
  • Experience of operating in a fintech or platform-based environment, partnering with multiple industry participants (e.g., brokers, clearing firms, custodians, vendors) to deliver scalable post-trade solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end functional analysis and delivery of post-trade initiatives across asset classes and platforms
  • Translate complex business, operational, and regulatory needs into clear, build-ready requirements and documentation
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to design accurate, scalable trade-processing solutions
  • Define and review APIs, data models, and system integrations across internal platforms and external partners
  • Perform data analysis and validation using basic database queries to support testing, issue resolution, and delivery
  • Support UAT, release readiness, and post-production validation
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve controls, and reduce operational risk
