Apple Services Engineering (ASE) builds amazing products and services for our customers. And we help the rest of the Apple do that, too. This organization is responsible for building and running the cloud infrastructure used across Apple and the server systems and platforms underpinning many of our Services. Our cloud infrastructure brings together foundational technologies in compute, storage, data, traffic, and security into a unified Apple Cloud platform available to all engineering teams at Apple. The ASE Storage team builds a variety of solutions - including an exabyte-scale distributed storage system, a fast reliable block storage system as well as various enterprise storage offerings. These services provide the foundation of data storage across Apple. Durability, availability, performance and security are crucial. We are looking for a curious and empathetic technical leader that will partner with multiple cross functional teams (EPM, SRE, Customer Success, Product) to deliver the vision, strategy and adoption of the ASE Storage.
