About The Position

Teladoc Health, Inc. seeks Senior Technical Analyst (Multiple Openings) at its facility located at 155 E 44th Street, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10017. The role involves configuring and managing integrations, such as patient/provider/USGH single sign-on (SSO), and enhancing platform functionality for USGH. The position requires collaboration with external partners/clients and internal stakeholders, leading the technical lift on all Implementation Projects, and managing all technical aspects of implementations, data integrations, configuration, and platform capabilities for Teladoc products. The role also includes evaluating current business processes, implementing integrated solutions, and providing technical support to cross-functional teams and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Business Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a Technical Benefit Admin Analyst, Technical Client Operations Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience with performing Unit testing, System testing, Integrated testing, regression testing, and assisting with UAT.
  • Knowledge of EDI (270/271, 834, and 837 transactions).
  • Familiarity with file transfer protocols (HTTPs, FTP, SFTP, and ANSI).
  • Experience with analytics/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, and Excel).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, PHP, JavaScript, Python, or JAVA.
  • Experience with APIs and SDKs.
  • Ability to run and QA bulk data jobs to update data elements internally.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage integrations, such as patient/provider/USGH single sign-on (SSO).
  • Ask key questions to help clients discover their needs and build trust through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with external partners/clients and internal stakeholders on Implementation Projects.
  • Manage all technical aspects of implementations, data integrations, configuration, and platform capabilities.
  • Present well-prepared cases tailored to accommodate others' needs.
  • Use systematic approaches for evaluating current business processes and developing integrated solutions.
  • Implement, configure, and manage Teladoc products and services.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs.
  • Work closely with business units to identify opportunities and document current business processes.
  • Technically support cross-functional teams and customers through the implementation of Teladoc products.
