About The Position
EXL is hiring a full-time Senior Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with external stakeholders to understand business requirements and building the means by which those stakeholders will access and act on their data. This role leverages strong expertise in relational databases, data modeling, SQL, and integration development to lead master data management and ETL processes while ensuring data integrity across integrated systems through robust governance, validation, and quality controls. Partnering closely with internal leadership, business intelligence, and Salesforce teams, it supports enterprise‑wide BI needs across functions such as Ticket Sales and Service, Marketing, Finance, Partnerships, and IT, ranging from data visualization to CRM and mobile/web data collection. The work includes building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data marts that enable advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and multi‑channel digital campaigns, as well as developing forecasts and predictive insights that help stakeholders anticipate outcomes and make informed, real-time decisions in dynamic environments.
