The Senior Technical Analyst SAP PI/PO at Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. is responsible for delivering interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems primarily using SAP Process Orchestration. The role involves participation in all phases of the life cycle implementation, including blueprinting, mapping, prototype, design, configuration, test script development, testing and defect resolution, go-live, user training, and post go-live support. The analyst will develop unit testing scripts, perform unit testing, and document test results. Additionally, they will help establish standards for documenting, testing, and releasing code, ensuring those standards are met on an ongoing basis. Collaboration with other IT and business resources is essential to develop specifications for system enhancements aimed at continuous functional improvement. The position also requires expertise in CTS+ based Change Management using the Solution Manager system, providing ongoing support in development and change management, and managing third-party vendors, especially concerning EDI requirements and capabilities. The analyst will perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for production and development issues, as well as support management regarding strategy and roadmap planning.
