About The Position
Celero Commerce is looking for a Senior Technical Activations Specialist to lead the onboarding and integration process for new merchant clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and merchants to configure devices, troubleshoot issues, and support seamless transitions to Celero’s payment processing solutions. You’ll work across multiple systems, handle unique setups based on merchant needs, and provide high-touch support during the activation process.
