The Technical Account Manager ensures customers achieve measurable success with Matillion by providing a proactive and structured onboarding experience, accelerating value realization, and continuously driving platform adoption. This role proactively expands usage by aligning technical solutions to business outcomes, identifying new opportunities for impact, and fostering long-term advocacy. By maintaining strategic customer partnerships, the TAM ensures ongoing value creation, helping customers maximize their investment and achieve sustained success.
