About the role: Provide industry-leading technical and clinical support to U.S. Boston Scientific Electrophysiology (EP) field personnel and other internal customers. Help our customers use our products by providing immediate, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding current EP products and systems, assisting with troubleshooting, problem solving, and product performance assessments.
