This is a hands-on, high-impact recruiting role focused on building exceptional technical teams during a critical phase of growth. You will act as the primary hiring partner to leadership, owning searches from kickoff through close and helping shape how we attract and hire top talent. Youâll split your time between deep executionâsourcing, screening, and closing candidatesâand strategic partnership with hiring managers to design effective, scalable hiring processes.
