The Role Nebius is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter - AI/LLM & Infrastructure to strengthen our Tech Talent Acquisition team and help us attract world-class engineering talent. This role will focus on hiring experts in LLM, Inference optimization, large-scale distributed systems, and high-performance infrastructure, including Backend, ML Platform, ML Ops, and GPU engineering. You will play a key role in scaling our AI and R&D teams by building deep, high-quality talent pipelines and partnering closely with our engineering leadership. This role will be based in the USA (East Coast) Remotely.
