Job Summary The Senior Tech Lead guides 1–2 engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, balancing hands-on technical work with effective people leadership. This role sets technical direction, oversees system design and architecture, and fosters career growth within the team. The Senior Tech Lead collaborates cross-functionally with product partners to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement in engineering processes. This is a hands-on role responsible to lead people and delivery, while still writing code and influencing architecture. The role is both people leader and senior technical contributor, responsible for guiding 1–2 engineering teams in delivering high-quality software while also remaining hands-on in system design, coding, debugging, and architectural decision-making.   • Make architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent, supporting career growth and skill advancement.
  • Establish and promote healthy engineering practices and agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
  • Monitor team performance, remove blockers, and facilitate continuous improvement.
