About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Teamcenter Solutions Architect – IS Application Specialist for one of our client to support global business needs through advanced IS application expertise. In this role, you will take ownership of solution architecture, design, and implementation of Teamcenter-based PLM solutions, working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional and global teams. You will play a key role across the BUILD and RUN phases, translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality Teamcenter solutions while applying industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree OR another IT degree with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Teamcenter solutions
• Experience designing Teamcenter solutions on both client and server side
• Solid experience integrating Teamcenter with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, NX, and ECAD tools
• Familiarity with Active Workspace and its core functionalities
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Able to work independently in complex, global environments
• Holds SSG-Entré certificate
• English – fluent (mandatory) and Swedish language skills (advantageous)
• Strong hands-on expertise in Teamcenter UA modules, including: Engineering Data Management Manufacturing Process Planner (Easy Plan) BOM Management Change Management Supplier Collaboration

Nice To Haves

• Multi-BOM management experience (Teamcenter & Active Workspace)
• Experience migrating from Rich Client (RAC) to Active Workspace (AWC)
• Knowledge of CETO domain
• Experience with complex industrial environments (power stations, plants, shipbuilding)
• Server-side customization (C/C++, ITK, SOA)
• Active Workspace configuration (Declarative UI)
• Web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, JSON, XSLT

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Teamcenter solution architectures aligned with business strategy
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
• Map PLM business needs to Teamcenter framework and capabilities
• Lead and coordinate development efforts and project teams
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical limitations and application issues
• Apply PLM and Teamcenter best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support integration with third-party systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, NX, ECAD)
• Share expertise, guide others, and contribute to continuous improvement
