Lead design and development of advanced Teamcenter Unified customizations and integrations Architect workflow solutions, extensions, and modules using BMIDE and modern development languages Oversee debugging, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, and system upgrade cycles Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define technical direction and solution roadmaps Create high-quality technical documentation, detailed functional specifications, and deployment plans Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability‑building initiatives Ensure PLM solutions meet quality, compliance, interoperability, and cybersecurity requirements Proven track record in software development, supported by formal education at any level (Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate degree, or High School diploma) combined with extensive, progressively responsible industry experience Strong experience developing and customizing Teamcenter Unified, including debugging, upgrades, and lifecycle management Demonstrated experience integrating Teamcenter Unified with internal systems and third-party tools, or comparable PLM platforms Solid object-oriented programming background using C++, Java, JavaScript, JSON, and BMIDE; familiarity with version control tools such as Git, TFS, or SVN Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance Ideal experience with Teamcenter workflows and platform administration; exposure to NX, CATIA, Xpedition, or Capital; familiarity with A&D modules and PLM security US Citizenship required
