The work model for the role is: Ormond Beach, Florida
Your role and responsibilities:
PFEP Mentorship – Coach Team Leaders on Plan for Every Person methodology and continuous development
PFEP Assessments – Conduct competency evaluations of Team Leader staff and identify development gaps
PFEP Onboarding – Develop & execute a structured onboarding programs for new Team Leaders
Develop Team Leaders to recognize & implement cost savings

Requirements

• 58 years manufacturing or operations experience
• Previous leadership, training, or mentoring experience
• Extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement tools, & MS Suite (Teams, Abby, Project, etc…)
• Strong coaching and communication skills
