About The Position

Senior Team Lead Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Directly responsible for projects based either upon a region, project type, client type or specific client. Sr Team Leads can also be leaders of critical office functions, such as HR, Accounting or IT. Sr Team Lead is responsible for the hiring and firing of its staff, and is typically over Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and possibly Discipline Leads, as well as, other staff. Responsible for developing uniformly high production standards and monitoring projects to ensure that quality and production standards are met for all design and contract documents. Must be thoroughly familiar with entire project process and should possess managerial capability to lead and direct activities of all project-team personnel while monitoring technical production on all projects to ensure adherence to quality standards at high productivity. Sr Team Lead shall work in unison with other Sr Team Leads and Executives to ensure the company is working as a single enterprise, upholding HFA culture and applying HFA Core Values. Sr Team Lead shall possess strong financial and business understanding and possess the ability to accurately state the financials of their area of business to the Executive team. Sr Team Lead shall participate in marketing and business development in conjunction with Executives.   • Management Requirements: 10+ staff or lead a Critical Business Function as defined by CEO/COO
  • Education Requirements: Undergraduate Degree Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work with Executive team to implement and guide company in direction as set forth by BOD and CEO/COO.
  • Report to Executive on a continual basis.
  • Provide reports and analysis to Executives to provide insight into financials of area of business.
  • For non-production Sr Team Leads, reporting shall be defined by Sr Team Lead and Executive in charge.
  • Strong Managerial presence for its area of management.
  • Day-to-Day management of area of business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Set budgets for clients and/or projects.
  • Sr Team Lead shall be responsible to the Executive team for running a successful area of business, as defined by the Sr Team Lead and Executives.
  • Sr Team Lead shall be able to project revenue and income and implement processes and staffing as required to meet those projections.
  • Execute contracts and/or review contracts within their area of business, not to exceed $200,000. Sr Team Leads shall not execute an MSA with a client.
  • Sr Team Leads shall exemplify and implement HFA Core Values for their team members.
  • Sr Team Leads shall be responsible for all invoicing and accounts receivable for their clients/teams.
