About The Position

The Senior Team Lead, Maintenance is responsible for providing maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and leading a team of site maintenance technicians on an assigned shift.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of five years of previous plant equipment, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general maintenance experience required
  • Experience in a leadership role with direct or indirect reports preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work independently & regular attendance required
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operation of plant and facility mechanical equipment by performing scheduled and unscheduled repairs, rebuilds, inspections, and routines
  • Serve as a support person to other departments by troubleshooting equipment failures in a timely manner for production operations
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to plant and facility equipment as needed for cost-effective and efficient operations
  • Perform plant rounds, water readings, wastewater samples, refrigeration checks, and water treatment analysis as needed
  • Ensure safe keeping of company equipment and maintain accurate spare parts usage log
  • Understand basic single-phase and 3-phase wiring repairs to equipment as required
