Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in tax operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and records management systems
- Experience with desktop publishing applications like InDesign
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Strong leadership skills and experience in training staff
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to industry leaders delivering Tax services
- Assist in the assembly and e-filing of tax returns
- Oversee implementation of new systems, software, and processes
- Train and onboard new tax administrative team members
- Manage service line administrative procedures and workflows
- Lead the administrative team and ensure accountability
- Ensure compliance with all Tax data and retention policies
