  • 2+ years leading the charge on tax strategy—guiding outsourced providers, collaborating across teams, and influencing big decisions.
  • 5+ years handling tax audits like a pro—confidently representing the company with state and local authorities.
  • 2+ years working with S-corporation structures—modeling law changes and breaking down their impact on financials and shareholder distributions.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience filing in-house property, fuel, excise, and gross receipts/franchise-type taxes.
  • 5+ years of creating tools, documentation, and training resources that make tax concepts clear, simple, and usable for operational teams.
  • Excel wizardry: Pivot tables, complex formulas—you've got the skills to turn spreadsheets into stories.
  • Analytical powerhouse: Researching, dissecting, and solving complex problems is your jam.
  • Detail-obsessed multitasker: You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while keeping accuracy rock solid.
