The Senior Tax Manager will be an integral part of the corporate tax team, managing global income tax compliance and reporting, domestic income tax planning, process improvements, and various initiatives. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740, income tax laws, and the ability to research tax issues
  • Experience working with tax software, financial reporting tools, and data analytic tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • 8+ years of related experience in tax

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in accounting/taxation or equivalent preferred
  • Big 4 public accounting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly and annual global income tax provision calculations, forecast, and disclosures, including communication with internal teams and external auditors
  • Lead global income tax compliance and documentation of tax positions, including Pillar II reporting
  • Monitor tax legislative and regulatory developments and evaluate impact to the company
  • Manage federal and state income tax planning initiatives
  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Manage federal and state income tax audits
  • Analyze tax implications from business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
