About The Position
Join a leading Miami CPA firm in Brickell as Lead, Tax Compliance & Client Advisory. Oversee tax filings, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships for a diverse portfolio in a collaborative hybrid work setting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a CPA firm environment.
- Active CPA license required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Expert knowledge of US tax forms (1040, 1065, 1120-S, etc.).
- Must have experience in: Professional Services - Accounting & Audit Firms (CPA)

Responsibilities
- Oversee and review preparation of federal and state tax forms for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
- Act as primary contact for high-value clients, providing strategic tax advice.
- Mentor and develop staff and seniors to ensure technical excellence.
- Support business development and partner-track initiatives as applicable.
