About The Position

Senior Tax Managers provide strategic leadership within the tax practice while overseeing complex engagements and developing people and processes. Providing expert-level guidance on federal and multi-state taxation. Reviewing high-risk and complex engagements. Maintaining quality through detailed review and peer review. Serving as account manager for select clients. Advising clients on business strategies and operations. Evaluating and improving firm policies and workflows. Managing workflow and project assignments. Leading and mentoring tax professionals. Identifying and negotiating additional services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• EA required; CPA preferred.
• Master's in Taxation a plus.
• 10+ years public accounting tax experience.
• Expert-level federal and multi-state tax knowledge.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and client advisory skills.
