Role Overview: The .Net Technical Lead will manage the AI Program. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of OpenAI, GenAI, software development, cloud technologies, and client engagement.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: 12+ years of experience in leading enterprise software development. Experience managing the full software development life cycle of enterprise applications. Experience in the Financial or Audit industry is beneficial.
• Technical Expertise: Experience managing enterprise application development projects with Microsoft Technology (.NET, Azure etc.), data warehousing and data analytics tools like Powerbi / Tableau. Strong understanding/knowledge of Azure Open AI / GenAI use cases and their implementation along with global deployment. Proficiency in .NET development and recent Azure certification is highly preferred. Technical understanding of Azure and MS tech stack, including integration services and security & monitoring tools. Ability to identify potential use cases for using Advanced / Generative AI. Be able to translate the use case into POC requirements. And guide offshore AI teams to implement the POC's

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant project execution; develop governance structures and KPIs; generate performance reports and mitigation strategies.
