About The Position

TJT is excited to invite an experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic real estate tax team on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will focus on land and multi-family housing development, serving as a trusted advisor to our diverse middle-market real estate clients. As a Senior Associate, you’ll collaborate with firm leadership, drive client success, and play a key role in the continued growth and prosperity of TJT.
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of public accounting experience with a strong concentration in real estate, a robust understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to interpret complex financial statements.

Requirements

• At least three years of public accounting experience with a strong concentration in real estate
• A robust understanding of accounting principles
• The ability to interpret complex financial statements
• Demonstrated proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax and Engagement trial balance software
• Exemplary communication skills for building and nurturing client relationships
• Proven experience advising clients in the real estate sector
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, or active pursuit of CPA licensure
• Advanced technical tax expertise
