About The Position

This individual will be joining the Corporate Tax team in Boston, working closely with the Director and other team members to manage State and Local Indirect Tax function, including compliance, audits/controversies, planning, and system integrations for sales/use tax, personal property tax and similar tax types. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
• 3-5 years of multi-state Indirect tax experience in Big 4 public accounting or a combination of public accounting and in-house tax department.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing state and local tax returns and workpapers.
• Proficiency in workflow tools such as Alteryx and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (i.e., Excel, Words, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Confirmed understanding of tax compliance software (Vertex and PTMS preferred).
• Experience in ERP and/or procurement systems, such as Oracle R12 and Ariba is a plus.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation and written and oral skills.
