Requirements

Has 2 - 5 five years experience preparing business returns, trusts, estates, and/or non-profit tax returns
Has excellent problem-solving skills
Experienced in all other types of tax preparation
Has experience as a senior and reviewer of other staff work
Can take on leadership for projects
Has exceptional client interaction skills
Must be a team player and willing to continue to learn and improve their skills
