Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of corporate income tax compliance and reporting
  • Experience working with external CPA firms and tax advisors
  • Proven ability to investigate tax issues and apply mentorship to real-world scenarios
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners
  • High attention to detail, solid decision-making, along with managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international corporate income tax requirements
  • Prepare and review consolidated income tax return workpapers to support reporting and compliance
  • Partner with third-party tax preparers and advisors on annual tax returns and tax planning strategies
  • Collaborate with accounting, treasury, and other key collaborators to support tax-related initiatives
  • Prepare quarterly tax estimates, extensions, and related account reconciliations
  • Assist in managing tax audits and responding to tax notices and inquiries
  • Research tax issues, monitor regulatory developments, and assess potential business impact
  • Support special tax projects and assist with the preparation and review of additional tax filings and reports
