Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst to support a federal government client. Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data. Security Clearance: Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.

Requirements

  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.
  • 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.

  • successful completion of in-resident Joint Targeting course, the Geospatial Imagery / Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course.

Responsibilities

  • Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
  • Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations, creates and updates the database, and upload targeting materials (TMs) into databases to include relevant space / counter-space data into the Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB) in a format that can interface with targeting processes and tools to include the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT) on a weekly basis.
  • Develops daily target nomination packets, create database records, and database target intelligence products.
  • Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements.
  • Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
