Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sourcing, recruiting, or research role within a talent acquisition or executive search environment.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (WorkDay) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Indeed).
  • Comfort with ambiguity and driving for results.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to candidate data integrity and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing for executive, technical, or highly specialized roles.
  • Certifications in recruiting, sourcing, boolean search, or diversity sourcing, or recruitment marketing.
  • Background in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Prior experience with talent pipelining or building long-term talent communities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs for critical, executive, or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc. to identify in-demand talent for current openings and develop a talent pipeline for future openings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and pipelines within our ATS and CRM tools.
  • Schedule calls with passive candidates to understand their career story and determine if our organization has opportunities that align with their interests.
  • Proactively source passive talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, market mapping, referrals, and talent intelligence tools.
  • Engage and qualify potential candidates through outreach, networking, and initial screening conversations.
  • Maintain consistent communication with recruiters, hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders on the status of active sourcing projects.
  • Champion inclusive sourcing practices and help expand representation across key roles and teams.
