About The Position
Abbott is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to provide candidate research, lead generation, and initial phone screening as part of an in-house executive recruitment team that supports all divisions and business functions. This sourcer will be responsible for identification and contact of passive candidates, partnering with one or more executive recruiters in support of key job openings, and a commitment to diverse slates. Operating out of a major hub location, this opportunity offers exposure to core elements and players of the Abbott enterprise, and serves as a brand ambassador attracting top talent. It is a critical role that has a dramatic impact on candidate experience and business performance. Individuals should have years of direct responsibility for contacting, cultivating and submitting passive candidates. Experience supporting diversity recruitment preferred.
